Great Location

I love this location and townhome. I am literally within 5 minutes of anything Downtown and within walking distance to Bishops Park! Cannot same more things about this quint community.

Absolutely LOVE living here

I’ve been living at Townes at Bishops Park for the past 2+ years, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision! The location is unbeatable—nestled in a peaceful neighborhood yet close to all the best spots in Raleigh. Glenwood South, Five Points and Village District are just a short walk away, so I’m never far from great dining, shopping, and entertainment.

The townhome itself is spacious and well-maintained, with modern finishes and plenty of natural light. The community amenities are top-notch,… especially the saltwater pool and the gas grill area with fire pits, which are perfect for relaxing or hosting friends.

As someone who enjoys outdoor activities, I also appreciate how close we are to Fred Fletcher Park and the bike trails nearby. It’s ideal for a quick walk or bike ride. The management team is always responsive and friendly, which makes a big difference when you’re living in a community.

All in all, Townes at Bishops Park has been an amazing place to call home, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a mix of convenience, comfort, and community.

DON'T MOVE HERE

I'm sorry to say that my experience at this apartment complex has been incredibly disappointing. Despite the management's best efforts to put down traps for the mouse infestation, it seems that the real issue is not being properly addressed. While the traps may work, the stench of dead mice in my kitchen is absolutely unbearable.

To make matters worse, the mouse infestation is rampant inside and outside the complex. We found seven mice just a few weeks ago, and today we found two more in our… kitchen. We take cleanliness very seriously, especially since we have two dogs. We make sure not to leave any food out, and we prioritize vacuuming and mopping twice a day to keep our living space tidy. This is not only a major health hazard, but it's also completely unacceptable in a living space.

I cannot in good conscience recommend this apartment complex to anyone who values their health and well-being. The mouse infestation is not being handled properly, and it's only a matter of time before it worsens. Save yourself the headache and look for a safer and more hygienic living environment elsewhere.

We strive to make all our residents happy and to help our residents with whatever issues that they may have, including pest control issues. We have a pest control company that… visits the property each month to address any concerns that residents may be having inside their townhouse. We are working to address this resident's issues and hope that their mouse issue will be resolved quickly.

Great Location, Pest Problem

Currently live here now, rats inhabit our back patio rendering it useless to us. Community has placed traps but we have seen no change.
