    Crime ridden

    Crime ridden area directly adjacent to a complex next door which houses rowdy section 8 neighbors who do drugs fight and scream on the balcony at all hours of the day and night. The adjacent complex blast their music all day and, night so loud that the walls vibrate the cops are too cowardly to do anything about it! The Turtle Cove apartments are infested with cockroaches, centipedes and drain flies. Drug dealers and crackheads next door get high in the parking lot. Gun shots heard nightly.… Tremendous racial tension and division. Everything that happens next door spills over into Turtle Cove. Not a safe neighborhood for children or adults.
