Cheap building
It is NOT worth the money. The building is incredibly cheap, if your neighbors above you are walking loudly, stomping around or throwing things on the floor constantly you will hear it ALL THE TIME. IT IS SO loud. Do not move here. The smell of weed is everywhere, through the vents into your unit, the hallways. I had to switch units in the time I lived here due to these issues and they have just continued. This is a CHEAP apartment building advertised as luxury. The office is complacent.

Love them!
There are so many great things to say not only about these apartments but also about the staff who work tirelessly to ensure their residents feel right at home in their new apartment. From my first tour with Hannah, who was super knowledgeable and patient, to moving in, the process was easy and flawless. The amenities are endless with multiple common areas to relax (including an upstairs deck/lounge!) and the nicest apartment gym I’ve ever been in. Highly recommend these apartments!

Incredible Apartments
These apartments are beautiful! Newly built units with so many floor plans to choose from. I love that they are so close to everything in North Hills while being a little further away from all the hustle and bustle.
