Wakefield Glen Apartments

I’m currently in the process of signing a lease at Wakefield Glenn Apartments, and I’ve been really impressed so far. The leasing team has been super helpful, patient, and responsive—answering all of my questions and making the process feel smooth and welcoming.

The community itself is clean and quiet, and the apartment layouts are modern, spacious, and filled with natural light. The location is another big reason I chose Wakefield Glenn—it's close to shopping, dining, and major highways, which... makes it super convenient without feeling too hectic.

- Excellent landscape, greenery and floral gardens.
- Pool area clean, plenty of seating, lots of shady areas, four grilling stations, beautiful floral gardens
- Amazing staff always ready to greet you with a smile and first class customer service
- Maintenance requests always responded to and corrected in timely manner

My only issue is the neighbors on third floor don’t seem to care that someone lives beneath them Other than that maintenance is speedy and quick to respond and our leasing team is the sweetest

Tye and the Maintenance Team do an Amazing Job and are very efficient, Tye is always willing to answer any questions that I have in a kind and professional manner! This property has never been ran so smoothly since Amber has taken over as the property manager she and her team are so efficient and knowledgeable it’s nice knowing that as a resident your in good hands!!!!
