Been here 3 years and have had an ongoing mice problem. All they do is place glue traps everywhere instead of determining where the entry point is. I’ve found or killed 8 mice since living here. They raise rent and garage fees but continue to have a below average complex they over charge for. Won’t be renewing my lease again.

God bless the property management and maintenance staff They are the best they always do their best. They’re always kind and they always give their best efforts to assist all that need help here at Wakefield Glen. You couldn’t ask for a better team to assist you! They are truly great people!

Wakefield Glen continues to be an amazing life experience. I’ve been here ten years now, and I’ve never had an issue that they haven’t responded to and resolved. I would recommend Wakefield Glen to everyone. I have issues with the rent, only because I’m retired. Maybe there’s something cheaper out there, but I don’t think it would be low enough to make me move.
Continue being the great service you are, I’ll see again next year.

Positive: Spacious apartment with a great view of the trees for certain apartments. Most residents are pleasant. Some of the staff are very nice and you can interact with easily. Maintenance personnel are quick to respond.
Thing to fix: Install sound dampeners between floors. Residences can easily hear the amplified sounds of upstairs neighbors’ normal footsteps on carpeting.
Property owners are not accessible if there is an issue with management personnel. Apparently, this is a well known... issue.

I moved here from New Jersey in 2015. I looked at different apartments as well as homes. After a while I choose Wakefield Glen. I loved it more after I moved in. The service is amazing. The rent is my Only issue. I Absolutely Love It Here!!!
