My move in was scheduled for 6/16, however, on that day I got an email stating they had to postpone my move in until 6/18. On move in day I went in to do a walk through and there were a lot of sanitary issues left from the previous tenants. I immediately emailed pictures. The office did apologize and they did send someone back out to correct the issues. I'm going on day 2 at my apartment and now it feels like home. It's a quiet area, not much traffic in and out, nice and cozy. I'm extremely... happy for my brand new life here at Patriot Point.

Patriot point is home for me. I love how peaceful it is. My husband and I are military and having a place to come home to that is peaceful is nice with all the chaos going on now a days.

A good community with lots of things to do within and near by. I've lived here for a couple of months now, and all issues I've had for maintenance have been or are being addressed.
