I love the apartment and my time here the only thing is maintenance is a little slow and when they come do pest control they don’t spray anything but in one spot

It is a good place to live. It is close to post, in a centralized location in Spring Lake and not far from Fayetteville. There are good amenities like the pool and gym within the complex.

I am more than satisfied with the office staff who addressed my issues in a timely manner. The apartment complex is maintained routinely. The Patriot Point community as a whole, provides a comfortable family oriented experience.

Great customer service! Top tier I have rented from an apartment complex before and this is the best by far. When you coming in they welcome you as you’re already apart of the family. I’m very grateful to be in a healthy and safe environment.
