Allora 168 is a wonderful community that prioritizes the needs of their tenants while demonstrating what a home should feel like. The leasing team was incredible from start to finish, making the tour feel like a priority and making the application process a breeze. I felt very taken care of and always felt like I knew what I was signing up for, especially with their cost system set up to show all included fees upon applying. The unit itself is spotless and clean, and I can honestly say that I... haven't heard my attached neighbors a single time since moving in. Each unit is filled with the best appliances, and has great noise cancellation as well. I couldn't recommend this community enough, and have a lot thank the management team throughout this entire process. Great communication, great community, and a great choice if you're looking for your next home in the Gretna area.

The community is nice and comfortable overall. However, I would appreciate clearer communication when it comes to maintenance. It’s important for residents to be notified and give permission before anyone enters the apartment, except in emergencies.
