With one company owning the building and Greystar managing it, it complicates issues with the building. The waterproofing has taken way too long to resolve and we still see workers working around the building today. This detracts from the beauty of the building itself. Yet we still love living here at Avidor and the people we see every day.

I've lived at Avidor Omaha since November 2024. The community's everything I wanted it to be. The staff does an excellent job in all their tasks. Staff are friendly, listens, smiles and laughs!

Barking dogs inside of elevators, hallways, balconies, patios, common areas. building. How many quotes for hot tub. Time frame for deciding on vendor, being repaired? It leaked last year and we were able to use it. Leary of fireplace time frame. Seeing residents move due to large rent increases. When, will parking lot be fixed?
