It is hard to get ahold of management, whenever you call the hotline number you have to leave a message and the AI they have will try and respond. If you go into the leasing office they will tell you there is nothing they can do and call the hotline. It takes weeks to months for them to fulfil a maintenance request if at all. Sinks are constantly backing up with dirty water, their ceilings leak (request was put in to fix that almost a year ago) they told me to put a bucket under it and they will... be in the next business day to fix, they never showed. A form for a disability paper was filled out to break lease and they are making that a hassle, if it is not one thing it is another.
