Poor management and a lease that should not be signed
The apartments are beautiful, however, I was disappointed with the poor customer service from management. When something went wrong with the apartment building the response time was slow. The terms on the lease are designed to keep your security deposit. The utility costs are high, poor grounds keeping, trash everywhere outside and too many extra fees making living there very expensive. If the management was less abrasive and more attentive, this could be a nice place to live. Look... elsewhere before signing that lease!
