The home comes with one parking space along the white fence directly in front of the building. There are three total spots, one for each unit, and you can park in any of the three open spots. Parking is very tight, so if you bring a large or additional vehicle, you will need to find parking in a nearby lot. The boardwalk has parking lots within walking distance, and there is also the Hampton Park & Ride where you can park overnight for free, just a few minutes down the road.

Guests should not leave the apartment in a state that requires excessive or deep cleaning, as cleaning fees only cover standard cleaning between reservations. Trash pickup is Monday and Friday, and guests should ensure their trash is in the designated blue bin out front, with recyclables in the green bins out back.
