It’s going good so far I do wish that people would respect the garbage room rules more it gets pretty impossible in there at time also quiet hours tend to not be respected lately the building itself is great

We moved into edge recently and our experience so far has been so seamless and smooth.We had a small request regarding availability of hot water which was resolved within a very short span of time. I am loving the layout and a view from my apartment. Looking forward to explore and continue enjoying my stay here at edge. A big shout out to Skylar and other leasing office committee members for being so quick and responsive.

My unit is stunning. The finishes are truly top notch, and you can tell they put real thought into the comfort and usability of the Avenue F apartment units. The maintenance team takes pride in the building and their work, and I always see them cleaning, gardening and chatting with residents. The staff are very friendly, and the neighbors seem really chill, which is great! The price is a little bit more than I wanted to spend, but BABBYYYYYY the rooftop patio is massive and worth every single... penny! I can’t wait to experience some of the resident activities and the amenities when I have the time. So far, my first month here has been awesome. ??

Building is clean and safe. Enjoying the amenities (particularly the courtyard). Dog run is a variable, although seems to have stabilized. Love living here!
