Additional cleaning fee of $200 will be taken out per week from the security deposit or additional if staying longer. If additonal damage is done,please notify us immediately so we can discuss and handle. If it is not in the "normal wear and tear of the home" additional funds may be deducted from the security deposit and extra may be asked for. The back yard is fenced in on a corner lot,with a new weber grill,fire pit,ping pong table,hammock,home is again fully furnished,and outdoor shower for your convenience,and stocked with pots,plates,and all necessities for your summer stay. 2 Beach cruiser Bikes are available to use as well. Minimum of one week stay. Security deposit is due upon signing along with Payment for rental,no personal checks will be accepted.
