Playa Del Sol Condominiums

I have lived at the Playa Del Sol since 1985. I love living here.The staff is very helpful and accommodating When I first came here,I felt I was walking into a hotel, its clean and bright,and welcoming.When I moved here with my child, I was in my thirty's,and will be
here to the end :)

Living quality is excellent here. If you have any problems the maintenance staff here will rectify the problem the same day. You are within minutes of shopping center and malls. They are always continuing to remodel this place. Outdoor grounds are always kept clean. They have several barbeque grills that anyone can use. Tennis courts and swimming pool is a plus. I've been here 5 years and have absolutely no complaints.

Mix melting pot of loud people. Management Don't care about complaints. Elevators break A lot.

In this building since I was 13 years old. And what I have noticed is that the buildings quality has deteriorated tremendously. In the beginning it was a really high-class high-quality building with quite and polite neighbors, but in the years past I've noticed that people are tremendously rude and inconsiderate of one another. Also as the years have gone by and noticed a problem with roach infestation. I also don't enjoy the fact that I have to pay to do my laundry.

I live in a apartment building called Playa Del Sol. The people who work here are very nice and we have a very clean building. When a problem arises they take care of it right away. And the maintance are highly skilled professionals. They can fix a door, fix the shower if its broke, and they always renovate the old things to make them better.
