- As a potential renter the overall process of applying online and reserving an apartment that would not be available for occupancy, or even inspection, for over two months seemed somewhat manipulative.
- Multiple models were shown with features different than the reserved apartment, which was not available for inspection due to occupancy. Vague assurances were given that one feature in particular, flooring, as shown in the models, would be different in the reserved apartment, but apparently... not guaranteed.
- After application approval and closure of reservation fee refund window (a fee that should have provided reasonable time and opportunity as stated in the lease for review and return by the renter, without presumption by the property as to renter intent), written documents, including lease, were provided online indicating review and return within forty-eight hours, but within minutes, and despite unit availability still two months in the future, a verbal ultimatum was given for same-day, five o'clock, end-of-business review and return of the lease, giving only two hours to arrange immediately required payments, to consider other requirements only then made available in the lease documents, and, as is the right and usually the case for renters, to consult and compare other properties also under consideration. Good place to live. Maintenance is great and people are very polite. The lobby and hallways are clean and vacuumed. The location is very convenient to shopping.

Clean. Quiet for the most part. Have experienced a dog off leash and had to grab up my dog as the dog went around my legs. I felt uncomfortable because I did not know if they would bite. This occurred by the entranceway. I feel all dogs should be required to be on a leash unless in the dog park

It’s nice having the utilities included with the rent. One payment goes to all of it. The office is usually friendly and maintenance is also nice
