Loved the fact when I moved in there were basics like a trash bin , toilet paper and paper towel in the apartment. My internet was set up even before I moved in. Little things like these made a huge impression.

Special kudos to Lisa from the leasing office. She was warm accommodative and very helpful. She is the key reason why I decided to move into Evo. Thank you

Living at EVO Apartments in Englewood has been a great experience. The building is always well-maintained and has a modern, upscale feel. The amenities are a real bonus and make day-to-day life more convenient and enjoyable. The location is ideal—close to everything you need, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and major roads. Management has been responsive whenever I’ve had questions or needed assistance, and the staff is friendly and professional. I’ve felt comfortable and at home since... day one, and the overall atmosphere is peaceful and welcoming. The apartment itself is spacious with thoughtful finishes that make a difference. 21:00 pm and outdoor social area so loud, I can’t imagine when pool will be open, i couldn’t stay at home and rest quite really so disappointed
