This is my first time living in the U.S., and overall I’ve found this apartment building to be comfortable and pleasant to live in. However, I wouldn’t expect much from the amenity staff. Also, some residents don’t clean up after their dogs or even ignore it when their dogs urinate on the property, which is disappointing.

My time so far at the Modern has been no less than the exact place that I need/want to be. The front desk people are always so helpful anytime I need to get labels printed for work or help with the transponder when my children come to visit me. Although I miss Roberto, Chris has been a fabulous addition to the Modern family and he made a seemless transition to the building.
Once again, I must say Shawn is just exemplary in all that he does at the building, when minor or major things happen.... I have not had many dealings with Karen through the years, as I have always dealt with Joe and Shawn, but she was so amazing and kind, along with Shawn, when I needed them the most and their kindness and professionalism FAR EXCEEDED any expectation that I thought I would have gotten and that will not soon be forgotten.
I have just signed my new lease and I am happy to say that I will be able to call The Modern home for a long time to come.
