Great staff in a modern building. The only reason not 5 stars is some of the residents just don't care about posted signs, policies or being courteous.

I feel I live in a nice and convenient neighborhood. Some of the old stuffs , Michelle and Elizabeth are amazing. The new concierges need an education. They are rude and not very knowledgeable. They don’t recognize the residence faces. Always at their phone. I asked about the events at the apartment, and about the valet parking, they don’t even try to check and just told me to ask to the leasing office or ask at the valet parking.
It wasn’t like this before.
