We really enjoy living at the Modern 100.
The staff are great and make us feel welcomed and valued. Only real negative is that some residents, a few, do not care for our building and grounds in a considerate manner. There are ongoing issues with trash disposal and dog behavior. (A suggestion: Try sending out reminders in several languages — not everyone has a good knowledge of English.)

Recently, I have noticed that sound from nearby rooms (either above or next door) has been leaking through even mid night. There are also occasions when a dog’s barking continues for an extended period. In addition, the flowerbed appears to have been damaged, possibly by pets.
While I am satisfied with the apartment facilities and systems, I feel that improvements in residents’ etiquette may be needed.
On a positive note, the communication regarding garage cleaning was very courteous and much... appreciated.
