Cockroaches

They rented me an apartment with a full on cockroach infestation. The apartment wasn’t even cleaned when I moved in. I thought it was an accident since the reviews were so nice. Then the cockroaches started coming out, 3 weeks into living there. They made me wait a week before they even had the exterminator come in. I couldn’t eat or sleep that whole week. They were crawling on my belongings, in the drawers, one flew on me in bed. I couldn’t even stay there anymore. It was a nightmare. I lost so… much money I didn’t get back.

Great Place

I moved in April 2021! I was in the process of selling my home, things were so up in the air....it was a crazy time. Judy and Kelly were absolutely wonderful. I was able to move in last minute - they were more than accommodating, friendly and I could not be more grateful for their help. So far, so good - it's a really nice community. I am truly thankful for those two ladies; there are just great people here. The doormen, the porters, and maintenance workers are just as wonderful; it truly… is a nice community here.

fix potholes

the north building which I live in has a serious pothole problem at our entrance. it isn't mentioned nor shown when you get the tour. see for yourself its the exit next to the car wash (and tire shop go figure).

great place!

This was my first apartment and I couldn’t have made a better choice. The leasing office is always willing to help, especially Yani, he always went above and beyond to answer the many questions I had being new to renting. This place has felt like home from the beginning, I’m sad to leave! Whenever I had an issue, maintanence was quick to fix it and we’re always very friendly. Overall pleasant place to live.

we are delighted!

The move in happened about a month ago and it is working out very well. The apartment is updated, spacious and has great views. The office and building staffs are excellent. They accommodated the move in and pleasantly answered all the questions that arise in the first weeks.

The location is great! A wide variety of stores, restaurants and parks are close by.

It is a very good building located in a very convenient spot!
