comfortable

Honestly this place is an okay place to live. Apartment is Very spacious, there was a mice problem when I moved here in 2019, but I believe they fixed it. Parking definitely sucks. That’s probably the only con. Most neighbors keep to themselves, some are friendly. Maintenance isn’t bad either.

Stay away from Lalor Gardens Hamilton NJ

This place is full of mice. I lived over 5 years in Lalor Gardens, the first 3 years the company was taken care of the place. Once "Michelle" the property manager for over 10 years quite her job and the services in Lalor Gardens was getting worse. We moved out in May 2016 but yet they added a charge on my credit history for the month of Jun while their evicting letter was to evict us before Jun after we refused to sign the renewal lease before they fix the mice problem. Do yourself a favor and… stay away from Lalor Gardens.

Comfortable Living

My family and I really enjoy Lalor Garden Apartments. It's fun for my child to play outside, and above that Maintenance has always kept the grass cut and free from lose garbage, which is greatly appreciated. Lalor Garden Apartment seems to have awesome Team skills, from the New Rental Agent whom is very informative, helpful and polite. To the Maintenance men of Lalor Gardens who never seem to skip a beat from emergency calls to just regular maintenance. We feel very comfortable here. Therefore,… thank you Legow Management.

Great place to live!

I have been living here going in my second year! Over all I'm very happy if how I am treated and taken care of by other maintnece and the office. The grounds are always kept nice and I have no issues with what they have to offer!

it used to be nice to live here.

It was a nice place to live not anymore I have nothing positive to say about this place never no parking loud residents unprofessional leasing manager over priced apartment. Don't waste your time or money
