Hi. I wish you could have left your name so we could reach out to you. We do raise rents in order keep up with the increased costs from maintenance to the building, insurance, taxes, etc. However, we are currently offering specials on select units... that include $50 to $100 off. Great Property
Though Wingate is not an option for me at this particular time, this is one of the nicest properties I have seen. It is truly a park like setting. Incredibly clean and landscaped. Very peaceful. The photos are up to date and the apartments are even nicer when you see them for yourself. The leasing professional, Meg, was very approachable, and very accommodating.

My apartments are very nice to live in.the neighborhood is nice and quiet and the people are friendly and the staff is great. The apartments its self are good we have newly renovated apartments and when you need something done maintence is always there. I love the complex where i live i would recommend it to anyone. You dont have to worry about cops cause i never see any atound here and its just so relaxing over here.

Excellent Apartments
I lived at Wingate in Hamilton for a year and it was a really good experience. Upon move in, the apartment was in great condition and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Over the year, if I ever needed a maintenance person to come, they were able to come within a day and were also very friendly and helpful. The whole complex is well maintained and is pretty peaceful (despite being close to Trenton), it was never too noisy. I really enjoyed my time living at Wingate!
