Highly Recommend

I lived for 2 years at Brookview Manor while attending Rowan SOM (Medical school) nearby. It is close to shopping (Wal Mart, Aldi's), the train to Philly, the Garden State highway and my school. Although it is near all these amenities, the actual complex is calm and peaceful. Most of the housing is alongside Wright, a street that gets little traffic and remains an oasis away from the main street in Stratford.
The Management is friendly and I always felt like they were there for me. I had to… extend my lease and they cooperated and they were always prompt in dealing with any issues that came up with the premises.
The complex is clean and the other residents were friendly. Laundry room has new washers and dryers and pleasant to do laundry there.
My one bedroom was generous in its space, big eat in kitchen and ample closets space.
I highly recommend this Complex to anyone.

This area is great for a first a time renter. The staff is very friendly and great with taking pride with maintaining its outside appearance.

Awful!

The neighborhood is nice and quiet but that is all it has going for it. You hear through the walls, even if you're upstairs. The office Manager is very inappropriate discussing when she went out and showing all of her drunk night out pictures, Maintenance takes a week or longer to do anything, even gluing a tile back down on the floor. The washers and dryers constantly break and the office isn't responsible for them to be in good working order, I can go on. Be careful moving here!
