Great Place to live :)

We really enjoy living on this community! The building is well maintained, the amenities are great, and the management team is always friendly and responsive. The courtyard is absolutely beautiful! It's one of our favorite spots to relax and enjoy some fresh air. The neighborhood feels safe and welcoming. You can find everything you could need- grocery stores, cafés, playgrounds, daycares and schools! It's wonderful place for families and anyone looking for a comfortable and peaceful enviornment… . Highly recommended!!!

Good Community

I lived in the Juliana for 6 years and enjoyed my time there. Once Bozzuto came in to manage the building from Greystar, changes started occurring throughout the property to improve the amenities ie. the courtyard. The staff is friendly and responsive. Domingo always has a smile on his face willing to help. I would recommend this building.
