Overall things are just okay. The communication between the office and residents when residents are looking for answers or assistance has slowed down.
The maintenance team has been quick to respond to issues, however it is never a one time fix. The same issue tends to persist (blinds being put up incorrectly and falling, air conditioning breaking multiple times per week).
