Love my apartment! I recently moved in and I am so grateful to Maya (the leasing agent) for her kindness and having the patience to explain in great details requirements for applying and lease signing process.
Maintenance crew is competent and pleasant (issue was resolved in less than 20 minutes)

We appreciate your feedback regarding the maintenance of our laundry room facilities. We do routine maintenance of our washers and dryers. However, If a specific machine is experiencing issues in between regular maintenance, we do have protocol in… place and posted in all laundry rooms on-site for tenants to reference. Please refer to #3 on the laminated 'Laundry Room Guidelines' poster located in each laundry room which specifies..." If there is a problem with a machine, please notify the office with a specific complaint, and identify the machine and laundry room of the occurrence."
We have 5 laundry rooms on-site located in buildings 2,4,8,12, and 17. We ask that you use machines in another building if you are experiencing an issue with the machine in your local building. After the office is notified, a technician is sent out to address the issue in a timely manner. A technician will be sent out shortly to service all of the machines. Going forward, please be mindful to address this issues with your local on-site Leasing Agent. Thank you.

Nice apartment but noisy Neighbor

Great apartment, but the apartment complex won't do anything about the noisy tenant!!

Best Appartments

Nice community. We were staying in this community for 5 and 1/2 years from 2009 . The Appartments are very spacious and cozy. The maintainance team is very efficient and resolves the issue within a day. Even these guys adjusted with our schedule to come for repairs. The office staff ( ms. Maya )is very helpful and always ready to solve your complaints immediately. We really enjoyed staying in the community. Safety was never a concern. Neighbors are very friendly too.
