I feel very safe living here. It’s close to all stores and restaurants. Plenty of parking. Great staff and maintenance crew. Clean grounds. Dog friendly.

Im loving it here! The grounds are well-maintained and the staff is friendly. There are many community events and most of the neighbors are friendly and receptive. 5/5 complex!

Very clean and quiet for the most part. Parking isn’t great. There should be a parking overflow for people with multiple cars and guests. One person for each unit should have a designated parking.

I can tell the office staff/managers are doing the best they can to ensure the community guidelines are being followed.
However, it is disappointing because I smell cigarettes in my bathroom at times (we are non-smokers, also with a child in our home), possibly coming through the vents. Additionally, I have stepped on dog poop quite a few times. The worst of all is smelling marijuana in the hallway of our apartments. How to explain to my daughter 2-3 times a week that smell is from a skunk?
Just... not the best area to raise a 6 year old daughter.

This is a very nice community with great maintenance and office staff. The clubhouse is clean and comfortable . The only negatives are the trash and recycling dumpsters that are often overflowing and very difficult to open the covers and throw heavier trash inside. Parking is great during the day but difficult at night to find a space. The appliances are efficient and of course brand new!
