Plumbing issues..Bad bug infestation..kids constantly throwing footballs that slam on my door..lady is so unprofessional she will find any reason to fine or evict you.

I was looking for an apartment in the beginning of the year, around March I found this place. Called and was told to apply through the website to make sure I was an early application. I applied, heard nothing. Tried calling, emailing, texting. Nothing. 1 month later I get an email stating I was approved for the apartment for may 1 move in. I tried reaching out to see how I handle the deposit, how we moved forward with signing lease and keys ect. All the normal move in things. Well…again no... response. Finally I was able to get through to the “property manager” if that’s what you wanna call her and she told me the apartment has been rented out but I’m more than welcome to “wait and see” about June rentals. After that I just gave up with them. So if your looking, do yourself a favor and move along somewhere else. The apartments have some updates but the property manager is very nonchalant. I had a move in set and on move in day there was a roach issue in the unit, roaches in the cabinets and appliances in the kitchen so I moved out same day. When I reached out via text, email, and voicemails I received no response. I finally got in touch with the PM who was not apologetic at all and didn’t seem surprised about the issue at all although she claims to have not known about the roach issue , highly doubt... that. When the pest guy was out she wouldn’t allow him to fully “treat” the property since I decided to cancel my application. Best school system around but this is the slums. No central AC, no washer/dryer in unit, no dishwasher, mold, bugs, and collapsing interiors. No on-site maintenance so calls are never followed up on. Was condemned once already in the 2000’s. You are not allowed to have personal property in the yards, not even kids bikes (how is that a family community?) And tiny apartments. Don’t let photos fool you.
