Birchwood Terrace Apartments

OMG can you fix the squeaky floor issues before anything!? THIS.IS.SO.ANNOYING. I can hear wherever the person living upstairs is going by hearing his/her footsteps and the ceiling squeaks. This is way too stressful. Oh and do something about pests, seriously.
Just moved in recently and already faced at least 10 house centipedes. And we haven't seen any roaches, but apparently some people have seen (not in our apartment though)

The birch wood apartments are great apartments. The tenet is very understanding, kind and is willing to work with you. They give you multiple ways to pay rent, in person or online. The apartments are spotless. They have hardwood floors and updated, clean appliances. The rooms are good sizes as well. It's close to Rutgers for college students, but is also in the area where families live. There are cameras on every building and is very secure. Good parking as well.

this apartment complex is run by extremely lazy people, but for its price I couldn't really complain. The rent here is cheaper than most in the area, and walking 10minites to the College Ave campus isn't bad at all. If, however, something in your apartment needs fixing or you go to the landlord for something, expect them to take a week or two before it gets done (oven broken for 12days). The floors here squeak a lot so make sure to get an upper floor.

This apartment building is definitely located in a sweet spot. It's a few blocks from downtown New Brunswick. The train station is a few blocks away as well as many restaurants and stores. The area is pretty nice. Far enough where its not too loud but close enough where its not too quiet. This apartment is rented by a lot of college students, reason being Rutgers University is a few blocks away as well. The rent starts around 1200 and the smallest apartment size they have are two bedroom units.... The maintenance staff are friendly and helpful people. They are timely with issues that may arise with your apartment. Water is free. Gas and electricity is on the tenant. You also have the choice of free wifi provided by the Birchwood.
