Wonderful place to live
I love Penn Gardens. Me and my daughter have had a wonderful experience living here. Maintence acts immediately if needed. Gary the property is a great guy and is only a phone call away if needed.

Helpful and Friendly
My experience with everyone over at Penn Garden Apts. has been great. They were very helpful and surprisingly friendly. Any time I have a question or concern they are quick to get back me and always treated kindly and with respect. It is located within walking distance to everything I need and they are always making improvements. I would highly recommend them.

Clean, no issues
I've enjoyed my time here because it's been affordable, clean, and any issues have been resolved in a very timely fashion. Can't hate the location either.
