Decent places, bad people

I like living here because it's very spacious and near the water but the maintenance is a joke. Things take forever to get fixed. The apartments are kind of thrown together. Uneven doorways, etc. Also, there's constant people coming from Pleasantville/AC areas parking at the vacant end lot and doing illegal activities down there. Drugs being sold from the first apartment near mine. Called Pleasantville PD numerous times and no one ever shows up. Nice area but they could afford to weed out some... of the people here for sure.
