I still love the location. The staff are always professional, kind and courteous.
The complex is over crowded. Services are not what they used to be.. Trash is not always picked up timely. The mail room is over burdened. Public space is too limited. The club house, the pool and the patios with grills cannot accommodate the current population of the complex. Guest parking is lacking.
Dogs are not always leashed.

Just moved in and so far so good. Excited to see all the amenities and enjoy the new beginnings. Clean area, close to my job exactly what I needed.

So far everyone has been welcoming and the move in was seamless.
On move in day we had a welcome box on our counter and it made us feel at home instantly. We love the park so far.

Good amenities and space in the apartments. Also, in a good location. However, they have been building a lot more apartments buildings in the complex which takes away from a lot of the greenery and is getting more crowded.

Great place to live. Parking is inconvenient anytime after 8:30pm, and trash pick up is inconsistent but those are the only two complaints that I have.
