We lived here for 3 years. 3 years ago we LOVED this place. Management was great. Repairs responded too promptly. Parking was fine. Now 3 years later it’s gotten SUPER loud. Neighbors leave their trash in the hallway for DAYS and nothing is done. Forget having a nightlife. You won’t find parking after a certain time even though you pay for it. Have a second car? Good luck finding parking at night. Especially since it’s a shared parking lot with another complex. You pay for a movie theater... amenity that has been turned into a package room (that they said would be temporary for the holidays and has now stayed a package room for the past 2 years). The rent has gone up way past market value, AND I saw them renting the same apartment for significantly cheaper than what they were charging us. Repairs are not always responded to in a timely manner. Management has changed many times in the past 3 years as well. When I call the management office 9/10 times no one answers, and they do not call back if you leave a message. I have to call 7 times in a day to get an answer the few times I have called in the past 3 years.

Roselle Community Park is truly a gem in the neighborhood! The park is always clean, well-maintained, and beautifully landscaped. Whether you’re looking for a peaceful place to walk, a safe playground for the kids, or open space to enjoy a game of catch or a picnic, this park has it all.

There are plenty of benches and shaded areas, and the walking paths are perfect for a relaxing stroll or a morning jog. The playground is modern and safe, and my kids absolutely love spending time there. I also... appreciate how friendly and welcoming the community is—everyone from the staff to fellow visitors contributes to the positive atmosphere.

It’s a great spot for families, fitness lovers, and anyone who enjoys the outdoors. Highly recommend!

Just moved in like 3 days ago and it looks like that’s a great place to leave in.
Clean, everything corresponds to the pictures from their website.
The staff is very nice and helpful.
There is a little problem with parking.
But besides that everything is decent.

Same feelings for the past 2-3 years.. good apartments, grounds, and maintenance, but unable to enjoy the amenities due to the growing population. Also hard to find parking close to your building after 8pm.
