This is a nasty,dirty,trifling,sicking place to live. They make the outside look good but the inside is like a abandoned building. The manager (Debbie) has a very nasty additude, she talks to you any kind of way, she never come to the apartment to look at your problem, she has maintenance so afraid to talk to you, they never fix anything in your apartment, its not smoke free, washers and dryers never work,there is mold,pest and rodents, the roof doesn't just leak but it pours in the hallway… when it rains, you can't see out of the Windows in the back building. This apartment complex needs a lot of upgrading. It is so old in the apartments. Very old tub,toilets etc. They need to spend more money on the inside instead of the outside. They lie about everything when it comes to the apartments. The owner doesn't even visit the property to see what needs to be done in the building and apartments. The police is always there. I was so excited to move out of my parents house, however, moving here made me feel like I should've waited. There's roaches everywhere, and even after I used raid bait traps, foggers, and countless cans of raid, they are still there! The exterminator made it worse! The landlord is not the nicest either. I asked for a replacement of something in my room, and I was told it would take about a week. A month later, nothing. On top of that, people STEAL YOUR CLOTHES out of the dryers, that's if the… washer and dryer are even working!
