Excellent Apartment and Community

The Arbors of Franklin offers comfort. The appliances are top notch and the community is safe and clean. The stores are close by just a 10 minute drive. I recommend this community. Don't hestitate and check it out.

Love my home

I’ve only been living here for 6 months but me and my family love it. Our apartment is cozy. Maintenance is great and timely. The main office has been kind and helpful whenever I call. I’m happy .... keep up the great work!

Beware of this place

The worst neighborhood, horrible management, horrible pest control, .... other than maintenance and the tiny dicoubtcyiu get for being Rutgers affiliated , there’s absolutely nothing good to say about this horrid place. They should be ashamed of all their lies to prospective tenants and treating my family like trash after two years of complaints, horrid noise and disregard for my child from neighbors , and horrible pest control problems... I thank God to be moving out this Sunday . I hope to… never step foot in this dump again. I only wish I didn’t work so hard to pay rent every month to live in a dump with bugs

Be cautious

Renters beware! What you see isn’t exactly what you get. I suggest seeing the available apartments before deciding to move in. The model apartments they show you/promote online aren’t the apartments you get. Windows are not very insulated, and don’t keep noises out. You hear everything at night, which doesn’t help with sleep. The floors were glossed and done by an amateur, footprints left in gloss and the edges are rippled. Apartments do not have the chair-rail trim like they promote, and the… kitchen cabinets and backsplash are not what you get either. The walls are terribly insulated, you hear your neighbors like they were in your apartment with you. We have to turn our tv on high volume just to drown out our neighbors. If you’re looking for piece and quiet, these apartments are not for you. The community makes us feel like we’re living in the projects. There’s a lot that needs to be fixed in and out of these apartments to live up to what they are trying to promote/sell you. So be very cautious going in.

Apartment shaheed
