Positive experience & Great deal

The property is great, and the apartments themselves feel luxurious and are up to date with every appliance you need. There are plenty of events on a week-to-week basis, and the landlord/property managers are extremely helpful. Due to having to move out of state, I will be ending my lease, but if I ever come back to NJ I will look here first.

Fast communication great service

I would highly recommend the Park at Franklin apartments for any one looking for spacious apartments at a great price! I also highly recommend working with Michael in the leasing office, he has been very cooperative and helpful throughout this entire process!

Convenient Location and Professional Staff

Apartment complex is convenient to all amenities shopping stores are nearby and convenient to all major hyways, staff are knowledgeable (Gabrielle and Michael were very helpful)
