Mill Run at Union

I've lived here for three years and when they changed ownership, things went downhill so quickly. They didn't hire "security" until a month ago, and it's a car that drives around a few times at night. Repairs take forever and multiple tickets sometimes. Our front door was busted for three months (allowing anyone into the building) before I withheld rent until they fixed it. But if you plan on parking in your own home on the weekends, good luck because the towing company doesn't like picking up… jobs nights and are completely unavailable on the weekends, so anyone can park in our resident only spaces. And with rent going up a minimum of 8-15% each year no matter what, you'll be priced out of there in a few years. Save your money and live somewhere else. Read More

I lived at Mill Run for 10 years. If I could rate this place I would recommend that it be condemned. There is mold throughout the apartment and you will stay sick but not know why. Management at Mill Run could care less how much you complain about the condition of your apartment. They do nothing. The driers are vent into a crawl space and the smell that comes up through the drier is horrendous. When I asked why would the drier not be vented outside I got no response. My bathroom was in… poor condition and I was told that nothing can be done about it. They spray paint the tub with wall paint and it did peel away. What they will do is raise your rate. It takes mire than one call for someone to fix anything in your apartment. Not worth all the money to live here.

I have lived here for over 5 years. The rent increases as the quality of living decreases. I have had a squirrel enter my home through a crawl space in my bathroom ceiling. The space has not been properly sealed and now roaches are falling out into my tub. I have 2 unsightly and large bubbles on my bathroom wall which I called months ago to have fixed. The bubbles came from a leak upstairs and despite my many calls to the front desk, the issue has not been resolved. There are constant plumbing… issues. My toliet and bathtub randomly back up with water from an unknown source. Sometimes soapy and sometimes dirty. I have a non working dishwasher that maintenance looked at once and said they would be back. The issue still has not been resolved. The women at the front desk can be rude and act annoyed when calling back to get an issue resolved. Save yourself the headache and uncomfortable living by not moving here. Read More
