Great Apartment - Horrible Management

Overall, I LOVE my apartment. It's spacious and gives me everything I need.

Here is why I gave it 1 star:
Ravi - If you have to go through Ravi to get the apartment then pack your patience. He is the most unprofessional, rude and difficult person to work with. I honestly don't know how he is still allowed to manage this property.
Air Conditioning - the units for the apartments are old and are not equipped to handle the size of the apartments. My apartment won't get cooler than 75 degrees in the… summer and I was told that was to be expected. I'm sorry but that's not air conditioning. Then I got hit with a $300+ electric bill - for an apartment that was never cool. I pay too much to sweat at night.
Maintenance - They have 1 maintenance guy for 120 apartments. My last complex had 3 guys for the same amount of units. The maintenance guy can't get to everyone's needs. Here it is I have open maintenance requests from 2 wks that have not been done yet. And then they close out my maintenance requests without doing the work or contacting me. This is THEE WORST service I've ever experienced.

Overall - I wish I could take the apartment and take it to a complex where the management actually cares about its renters and not the bottom line. I would never recommend anyone live here just based on all the frustrations I've had to deal with. The apartments though are awesome so its a shame.

Extremely poor maintenance

The maintenance is extremely poor. Folks will sit on complaints for months and support staff is so rude, they will hang up phones saying maintyis not obligated to serve.

2 Bed 2 Bath Apartment

The apartments are well planned with spacious living and dining areas. The master bedroom has a walk in closet which is great!
The kitchen has a dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator and lots of counter top space.
The washer and drier in the laundry room are full size. There's a patio too. What attracted me to the apartment was the location, the play ground at the back and parking space.
The maintenance crew are very prompt at dealing with issues.

Fox Hill

Okay I really like this area . The complex is nice quite ,and peaceful. I like that I can walk around the complex with my four year old son ,and enjoy the Forrest in the back of the complex . The tall grass that sway in the breeze the deers that stair , and glance ,and then run away . Now the apt inside needs to be updated I believe that if your going to pay 1867 a month the apartments should be luxury apartments . With granite counter tops , stealing silver appliances,and hard wood floors … ,because they don't like to change the carpet . In all I love the area . Oh it should be a pool and a recreation room .
