1. This is supposed to be a non smoking apartment, but the smell of pot smoke is constantly filling my apartment. I don't care if people smoke outside, but I don't like feeling sick from the strong smell when I'm inside my apartment. 2. People are nice and quiet, but there's a noisy neighbor downstairs who parties late and often. 3. There's also a dog barking and whining a lot, yet no dogs are allowed. 4. There is no manager on site. 5. The parking spots are not numbered so people park in my... spot sometimes. 6. There is heat, but no AC. The area is quiet, but I don't recommend this place unless you'redesperate or can get a short lease. It's not worth the price. Read More
