It’s been good. No parking though.its clean-ish . Landscape is good. They need someone who will cleanup the dog park and all the dog poop on sidewalks/ grass

Without having even moved in yet I am so excited to this community will be home while I work in Albuquerque!! It’s beautiful and feels safe. Customer service is 5 Star!

Started off great but as time has gone by that has changed ! Its an okay place, great amenities but the communication with the new office staff is horrible. You can never get in contact with anyone unless you go into the office and the maintenance staff never completes the orders that get put in . That there alone has completely changed my mind about living here

We have been here since July 2024 we had some really great neighbors the only things that had me give a 3 star review is that people fly through the parking lot, some people have surround sounds and it's awful because we can't hear our TV now we have to go buy one and the pigeons are awful the poop everywhere

We try to manage problems (like the drivers speeding on property/loud music) with asking... for help if anyone sees a specific violator so that we can address and get the issue reduced and/or eliminated.

Very good place to live very nice people and amenities Jsut very hard to find parking very cheap also the workers are nice but I do feel like my service is slow here
