Big changes

The staff here are really working to improve the place. i went from an older unit to one of their refurnished and remodeled apartments. i’m really enjoying to stainless steel appliances and especially the tiling. it feels very boujee and modern. i wasn’t planning on renewing a lease here but the difference is absolutely insane! i’m excited that they are continuing remodel on other apartments going forward…. coming soon!! big shout out to the leasing office for making this happen and maintenance… for the execution and care they put into this remodel!

Affordable and Now Clean Apartments

Honestly, I was looking for an affordable place to live on the north east heights of albuquerque. I was considering not moving in due to the rude leasing agent, Alex, but Makayla was very pleasant and since I've lived here, I have seen that the team has worked so hard on the the property to make it look better and even feels better since she's taken over in the fall. Before, the pools were disgusting but in the winter, they cleaned it and it was so much more esthetically pretty. I would… recommend people to live here if Makayla is still the manager. The other manager was stuck up. If I come back to Albuquerque, I would love to live here again.

The worst place ever

Don't be fooled - the photos are misleading and the apartments are full of roaches. In addition to the bugs, the apartment was DISGUSTING when we moved in.

I highly recommend going somewhere else - DO NOT rent from them. And if you are curious, make sure you do a tour before signing any paperwork - be sure to see the unit they plan to put you in.

NOOO

It was fine until I needed any repairs done to my apartment. When I moved in (and still the case) it smelled so strongly of cat urine that it made me dizzy. They refuse to replace the carpet although i let management know its affecting my asthma ( i have a dog too so im concerned for his well being too). The maintenance guy literally told me when he came to make repairs that the issues (freezing shower) was my fault? Management did get that fixed, but every problem i had, I was told was and i… quote "not his problem". I would pay for you to live somewhere else. Zero out of 1.
