This is the worst apartment complex ever! Work orders never get fulfilled, and on the rare chance that maintenance actually comes by, they leave messes in your apartment and don’t bother to clean up after themselves. I haven’t had hot water since last month, no heater, this place is the absolute worse.

We've lived here since may of 2019 are truck has been broken into 3 times our car was stolen and never found. They say there's armed security if so never them. Management has changed twice. And ac has never worked water is always messed up. Looking for a new place to live have serious issues with this complex.

I have lived here since the end of May 2018. I feel very secure here. It is a gated community. Utilities are included and rent is very resonable. Property maintenance is kept up daily, manager is very kind and friendly. Any issues are taken care of immediately. I love this community and feel very comfortable in my apartment. I would highly recommend.

Crime, drugs, drive by shootings vehicle damage, break ins and theft right off parking lot, and off street parking. Trash left in stairwells and all over property, noisy and combative neighbors, roaches, bed bugs, NEW management does not enforce lease and allows everything contrary to there own lease rules. They allow what they want and bend rules for who they want. As far as Maintenance, your better off doing things yourself. Not a safe place for children or families (pedophiles, felons, and... child molesters allowed to live on property).

this is a crime ridden property. used syringes found weekly. 3 carjacking's at gun point. many stolen vehicles. police and / or ambulance here nightly. DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!!!
