Norte Villas Apartments

Went to view an apartment, the ceiling is drooping from water damage with water still inside, cabinets were almost all badly damaged and in need of replacement, while walking through the toilet flooded (did not need to touch it for it to flood, just walked past the bathroom) carpets have clearly never been properly cleaned (powder came up off them while walking). Over all I would not say this is a safe location for anyone to visit let alone move into. Unfortunately my experience at the courtyards has been very bad starting off on the first day I had roaches Mikey in hot water or broken when I moved in so I didn't have hot water for the first month and frankly it's just not a good place so if I was anybody else I would steer clear of this place they were also still cleaning the apartment when I was moving in and I just asked the maintenance people to come by and fix my heater and I saw the one of the maintenance guys the other day and he was... very unprofessional when he asked is the heat working he didn't stop to ask if I had trouble turning on the heater or if there was anything else wrong so long story short this place frankly needs to be shut down or torn down and rebuilt Read More

I have been a renter for almost 18 months and am quite happy here.
A new office team of Hugo and Antionette have mare made improvements in the running of the complex and are very easy to deal with. Recommended.

I just moved out of apartment E1 and it was the worst place I have EVER lived. Half the outlets didn't work in the apartment and I put in at least four work orders but they NEVER even attempted to fix the problem. Because of the problem with the electricity our electric bill was outrageous the entire time living there, for example the July 2018 bill was $760 for a 456 sqft apartment. In addition to this they're never in the office when you try to call or go by. The laundry facility is NOT 24... hours like we were told (also there was a homeless woman sleeping in there one time) and no one on the office or maintenance staff have a key to unlock the fitness room so you literally can't use it. Only one pool was open the entire time I lived there and every time I tried to go it was closed for some reasonThey're renovating the outside so everything looks ugly. There were sticks with thorns all over the area your supposed to walk your dogs in from them tearing up bushes. I have been living here 2 years. The people in the office are very nice and friendly. I love the location. I have loved it here the first year. Since we got new management and new maintenance team, things have changed. The people in the office, are still very nice and friendly, however they do not follow up. If there is a problem, it can take months before it is taken care of. I have been waiting months for a small issue to be taken care of. I have gone to the office at least 10 times, and it is... still not taken care of. I just need my light bulb replaced on my patio. Something that should take maintenance 5 min to replace. I would do it myself, but they are not regular lifht bulbs. The doggie bags are always out. When you call the office, maintenance will stuff, a few bags in it, instead of filling it. Constantly having to call for doggie bags. This was never the issue, before new management. Old maintenance team, walked the apartments daily and made sure the bags were full, and the grounds were clean. The pool is closed any time I want to swim. The pool was one of the reasons I moved here. The laundry machines are also always broken, and the tenants are responsible, to call it in.
