STAY AWAY !!!
Property owners don't care if you need things fixed,replaced. They don't respond to calls or texts. Cars and apartments always being broken into, stolen from the lot. Lush landscape maintained by other tenants not owners. There is NO pet play area. Pool always locked opens late, closes early. Laundry room never cleaned. Security gates always broken, propped open. Drunk,disorderly tenants wondering courtyard. Aggressive animals living on site. This place is a chaotic mess

Lived 10 years there and charged me to replace it
Lived on property for 10 year wear in tear of carpet and they want to charge me to repair it pretty sad
