overall a good experience, however we have had a mouse problem and nothing has been done except one pest control visit. i wish more could be done also we had gotten two red flags from NM gas company and the maintenance guys brushed it off the first time, they seem to fix it the second time other then that they do a good job when we need them.

Staff is helpful and place is always clean, sometimes need to poke about paper towels in the gym but not a big issue.
The events are ok and office is nice but wish it had an official coffee bar, maybe an automatic latte machine or free snacks via a vending machine and a code per apartment to limit per 24 hours?
IDK I think that area has a lot of potential :)

I am so happy with our new apartment and am so thankful for the staff for all they're help. We are excited to start using all the different amenities the community has to offer especially the pool and the gym. Happy to call Mountain Run out new home.
