A clean and welcoming community! So far, I have had almost no issues with Mountain Run Apartments. Everyone has been friendly. Upon moving in, all utilities were set up before I stepped foot into the apartment.

I've been at Mountain Run Apts for two months and have enjoyed it here. It is pretty quiet and a pleasant area. Maintenace team and Admin Staff and friendly and helpful. Appreciate the effort of management to put on neighborhood events. Love that Smiths and other conveniences are within walking distance.

Car broken into, wish there were cameras in the parking lot which has the smallest possible spaces. Over $100 of extra fees ontop of base rent.
