New resident and so far I’ve had a good experience. The only thing I would have to say is still being required to pay for the liability waiver even if we choose to get renters insurance from somewhere else

Quiet neighbors and peaceful surroundings. Walk to shopping center. There’s a beautiful big park nearby. I recently renewed my lease because I love living here!

I personally have had no issues, I notice the people who reside in the community are a bit more unselfish aware with shared areas like pool grills and pet pick up. Parking isn’t the best but no real disappointments
