Horrible living experience
Forced to go on a month to month lease with no option to renew or possibly move into one of their "remodeled units". Now they are evicting those tenants on a month to month with no explanation. "Remodeled" units look nice from afar but after inspection, some still have roof leakage, clogged drains, water damage, and cracked windows. Twice my AC broke down during the months of July and August and it took maintenance 2 wks to respond to my request and my many calls into the office. Water heater... leaked back in Oct and came to realize water heater had not been replaced since 1980. I do not recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a "luxury" apartment.

Renters beware
This property management is incompetent and they “remodeled on evictions purposely to raise rent in an unsecured complex. I’m sure the ongoing upgrades will fade from lack of ability and care so save your hard earned income for something not pretending to be luxury.

Neglected for 3 Years and Run by Scam Artists
They are forcing folks on month to month leases and then kicking a bunch of them out and have intentionally neglected the property for insurance payouts while advertising it as "luxury." false. Horrible management who has been gone for 3 years. Constant water leaks, and harassment, intimidation, and property damage by owners, management, and staff. Complete neglect and no way to contact for maintenance requests, they don't care about you and they don't care about us current residents. Scum.
