    Horrible living experience

    Forced to go on a month to month lease with no option to renew or possibly move into one of their "remodeled units". Now they are evicting those tenants on a month to month with no explanation. "Remodeled" units look nice from afar but after inspection, some still have roof leakage, clogged drains, water damage, and cracked windows. Twice my AC broke down during the months of July and August and it took maintenance 2 wks to respond to my request and my many calls into the office. Water heater… leaked back in Oct and came to realize water heater had not been replaced since 1980. I do not recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a "luxury" apartment.
