Pictures on website are very deceiving. Management is terrible they never respond. Probably the worst place to live in this area way overpriced!! Not renovated even tho is says remodeled. More like a quick flip some paint and sticker floor from Walmart.

I went to go look and it smelled like dead bugs. There was dead roaches everywhere the floors were disconnected from the wall there was termite damage to the cabinets. The outside part was falling apart the floor was caving in felt like I was going to fall through. The “newly renovated” was a joke the place was disgusting. From bugs to caving in floors,dirty carpet, and walls disconnected from each other. Not to mention management is so hard to get ahold of.

Save yourself a headache, this place is run down with very little maintenance done. If you have anything broken, better just get use to the idea of fixing it yourself. I have called the leasing office and reported issues as well as gone onto their online report system, and still nothing. You are on your own here! My place is infested with centipedes, I am having to pay for pest control to come out and spray my place out of my own pocket. The absolute worst is having to deal with the people at… the leasing office, do not trust them they will rip you off on your billing if you don't check your account, and the will want you pay via E-Check online in their portal. There is a huge issue that they want your long in credentials to your personal bank account. If you opt out of that you can pay with Credit card with fifty dollars in fees. Apartments are run down, noisy and drafty. Mice, bugs and ants always around, can’t get rid of them. Management is a joke, never around unless they want more money. Do not consider coming here, way overpriced!
