I’ve been here for a month so far and the Arcadia has been a nice clean living environment. The staff is very friendly, the badge in/out mailroom feels safe, and the apartments work great, being able to have internet day one was awesome as I remote work. I choose to live here evens though it was almost an hour away from my work assignment it’s relatively affordable and in a nice area.

The townhomes have some of the best floor plans and space in town. The pool area is great and the gym is really good. Management is professional and maintenance issues were taken care right away.

The Very Best!

My daughter and I are moving from a house into an apartment, and I was honestly a little nervous about the transition. But from the moment we met Brandy, she made the entire process feel so much easier. She was warm, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable. She patiently answered all of my questions and walked us through every step. Moving can be stressful, especially when starting a new chapter, but Brandy made us feel confident and comfortable. Her kindness and professionalism truly made all... the difference. We’re so thankful for her help and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you, Brandy!

It's been 8 months since we moved to this community and we love living here! The buildings are new and everything is beautiful!! The location is very convenient to all the shopping and the main roads and the staff is very friendly and helpful.
