The inconvenience you experienced was the direct result of a system failure in the access control hardware. That system has since been fully reinstalled, and everything is now operating as intended. I know the temporary adjustments to hours were disruptive, and I appreciate your patience while we worked through a repair that required vendor travel and a complete rebuild rather than a simple reset.
