Miro at the Parc

Man where do I start!!! First and foremost i LOVE my apartment. I LOVE! The complex. Everything is so well groomed and taken care of. Super clean! I have never seen trash anywhere other than where it belongs. It's super quiet. My neighbors are friendly. I have never seen dog poop anywhere on the floor nor have i ever smelled it. Also as a single mother to a two year old i have never felt unsafe at all ever at any time. Specially at night.

Anytime i have a Maintence order it gets dealt with... immediately, and is always successful.

But the whole reason I'm even writing this is because I love the team sooo darn much! They literally do so much for myself and my daughter. Marisol, Chellie and Jim go literally above and beyond for me and I'm sure all the their residents. They do things for me that is not really apart of their job description. I can not tell you how many times I have had Marisol and Chellie help me with ridiculous tasks and they do it with a genuine smile on their face. They never brush me off, they never almost say no within reason. They are always excited and happy to see me and my little girl. They always chat and catch up with me. They always make sure I'm ok and they even listen to my suggestions and actually consider them.

Jim is where my heart is the most. He is sooo sweet he's like this loving father/grandpa i never had. Jim puts together furniture for me. He helps me bring in groceries. He helps me take out my trash when it's to much to do on my own, especially with my little girl.

One day I stopped by the office on my way out for a package and i was struggling to put it in my trunk. Jim came to the rescue as always took the package off my hands and just took it to my house and brought it into my apartment for me.


The longevity of the reputation Miro at the Parc has hands down goes to Marisol Chellie and Jim. If anyone quit I'd probably move lol when i have a crummy day i call the office just to hear Chellie greet me! And just chat.

I have lived on this property for sometime and I know this communtity at Miro at the Parc" to be an above average place to live. The grounds are well manicured, the pool area gives you the comforts of home you can really appreciate and enjoy, I could go on and on about the pleasantries you will discover here but you need to come join us and see for yourself. I`m just one of many friendly neighbors living here.

it's a real shame, after nearly five years here it's become a nightmare the past year and a half. Our car repeatedly vandalized, drug dealers selling drugs and pets off leashes including pitbulls. Dog poop is an extreme problem aswell and office manager has a care free attitude and willfully turns a blind eye to all problems.

The only bad: When we first moved into Miro, I was disappointed in the state of our unit; The place had a sticky substance all over the dining room floor, there was dog hair on the baseboards (presumably from the previous tenant) amongst a few other things but once we notified management of this, it was immediately taken care of.
10 months later and since then, living here has been a huge sigh of relief. The property manager is always friendly and helpful, the maintenance team has never let us... down in the slightest with requests, never had a problem with other tenants (besides being able to hear our neighbor's yippy dog all too well), they often have community events, and there is a walkway out of a back gate that takes you to Cornerstone Park which is really lovely. This place is awesome. It's like you're at thanksgiving with great food and love, the table is set, such beautiful ceramic that just so happened to be made in China. - Surprisingly good quality China, but still.

I love the staff, the cost of living is reasonsable, and the people are relatively quiet. We did have a bit of a 420 problem at the start, but not only was it not bad enough to bother me, it's also totally gone now.

The pool is 24 hours which I think is my favorite part, people are... respectful of it, but it's so nice to be able to have a place to cool off and entertain after hours.

The only downfall is that things seem to break quite easily... But because the apartment management recently bought the place, they replace it with better quality stuff if it does break.

Often times you can be fooled by apartment model homes, but not in this place. It really is quite awesome. Read More
