I really enjoy how spacious our townhome is and how there is a clear separation of living spaces. We really enjoy the carpet in our rooms, the large bathrooms, the open space living room, and the fireplace is a great touch to the living room and easy to use. The appliances are all fairly new and upgraded, and plenty of cabinet space for storage, in the laundry room and the kitchen.

It's a place to live and the rent prices are increasing faster than inflation. There is not much wiggle room on anything with the new management and that could be a good thing. All business. There are issues with ants and cockroaches - not cool. They bring in food trucks which is nice, and they have strict pool rules which reduces the nonsense. Is it worse than the next apartment complex? You decide.
