Parkway townhomes is one of the best places I’ve lived at the maintenance here are very responsive and efficient as well as all the staff. The property is always clean even more so now then when I moved in before there was a lot of tenants that wouldn’t pick up after their dogs but now it’s much better other than that it’s a very nice and safe place and very convenient place to live since there’s grocery stores and gasoline stations at a close proximity I really enjoy living here. Probably the most uncomfortable and unprofessional complex we’ve ever lived at and we are counting down the days until our lease ends. While it is family friendly, and in a convenient location to businesses; as an actual resident for soon to be 2years, there is just overall lack of communication from management, lack of organization, it does not feel like a “home” as advertised, you feel constantly bothered, no resolutions to complaints such as people partying after hours by the pool, have to… remind the office that they need to be ADA compliant, the entry gate breaks too often, and my mailbox has been broken into MULTIPLE times since May 2026 which has led to identity theft and the office basically says too bad so sad just keep reporting and hope for the best and that it stops. I would not recommend Parkway Townhomes based on my experience with a severe ant infestation and the way management handled it.

On June 8, I submitted a maintenance request after discovering a significant ant infestation in my apartment. I was told the apartment was sprayed three times over the following 10 days, but the treatments did not solve the problem.

On June 19, I came home from work to find another massive infestation in my kitchen. The ants continued to invade my apartment through… June 22 and beyond. Despite multiple pest control treatments, the infestation was never resolved.

Throughout this process, I repeatedly reached out to management by phone and email. While I did receive one email and a few phone calls, the vast majority of my messages went unanswered.

On June 25, the property manager personally confirmed that the ant infestation still existed. During that conversation, I was told she was waiting for approval from upper management to release me from my lease because of the ongoing conditions. After that, I continued calling and emailing for weeks, but I received little to no meaningful communication or resolution.

As a resident paying more than $2,000 per month in rent, I expected my concerns to be taken seriously. Instead, I was left living with an unresolved infestation while struggling to get answers about my living situation.

I documented the infestation with photographs and videos taken over multiple days, clearly showing that the problem continued despite the reported treatments. Eventually, because the infestation was never resolved and I could no longer live in those conditions, I voluntarily surrendered my keys and moved out.

Pest problems can happen at any property. What matters is how management responds. In my experience, the lack of timely communication, the failure to resolve the infestation, and the absence of meaningful follow-through left me feeling that my concerns were not a priority.
