Sage at Green Valley Apartments

The apartment and the neighborhood are so spacious I really love my apartment. The community areas are nice but some neighbors don't pick up after their dogs especially the bigger dogs you have to be careful where you're walking. The dog park is also always full of poop even when the bags and trash are literally right there. Some people's dogs are also huge and with no leash I had to carry my dog from an unleashed dog more than once.

I have not yet signed a lease but so far this experience has been great. Sarah has been very communicative and worked to find just the right apartment with the renovations/location I was interested in!

The size of the unit is good, the concept of the unit itself is good. The upkeep on the units is not okay by any means but the space works.

Worth the price. Feels safe. Signing the lease was very easy and quick experience. The staff were very helpful and easily available for any questions I had.

I’ve had such a great experience living at Sage at Green Valley! The office staff is absolutely amazing—Sarah and Scherwin in particular are so sweet, helpful, and genuinely hilarious. They’ve made the move-in process and day-to-day living feel easy and welcoming.

Even though the complex is right on a busy street, it’s surprisingly quiet and peaceful, which I really appreciate. The rent is a fantastic deal for this area, and I feel like I’m getting real value for what I pay. The maintenance... team keeps the property looking great and everything is taken care of in a timely way.
