5400 Vistas

Two stars for location. Multiple issues and some large. Maintenance Manager was sent, he down played it all as normal and no big deal.

- Sink faucet has a hose that’s has rust and was chewed apart with rust and calcium.
-The sink itself pulls off the counter in the back
-tub was painted white and is now unusable due to it having paint melting into the water anytime we try and it’s for our 5 year old.
- one bathroom was used and not flushed for so long that the solids had molded. Has broken... sanitized lanyard. Other toilet have black marks everywhere and cocking dyed by urine.
- clearly had a flood and dogs because instead of fixing it, he painted over the damage that was mixed with dog fur.
- floor are so bad our feet turned black walking on it when we never brought shoes in (maintenance tried to play off as wax)
- neighbor said someone was living there right before we moved in which would check out with how dirty it was.

The Apartments are not in good living conditions. I was informed by an employee that the leasing manager was aware of the roach infestation in the vacant apartment that was rented to me prior to it being rented. I was shown an upstairs apartment but was rented a first floor. The rules and restrictions that the leasing office places on the renters are ridiculous! I am in a 14 month contract being over priced. Had to essentially get rid of a pest control problem myself. Now being told what I can... and cannot due in my place of residence that I pay rent to live in every month makes no sense. Read More

Quiet sometimes, home feels like home besides all the loud pool people, no really complaints, other than the gate is always broken, which leads to homeless coming in the apartment complex,

The property is Great, residents are friendly, and Ana In office is extremely helpful! Just moved in so I can’t really judge anything else. I do have two service tickets that still need to be fulfilled but besides that overall Great place

I had a wonderfull experience dealing with Ana and the Maintenance men there. They are 5 star in my book. Unfortunately there is one bad apple in the bunch and thatnis the Manager Mari. The most unpleasent person to deal with. NOT a good experience dealing with her. If you have to talk to someone, deal with that Ana lady not Mari. If you deal woth her you will leave upset. And for that reason only, do i rate it one star.
