Since moving in, I have experienced several ongoing maintenance and billing issues that have not been resolved in a timely manner. My hot water was not working for two days, and my bathroom is currently leaking water and still has not been fixed. The washer and dryer in my unit are also not working.

Additionally, my A/C unit has been making a very loud and concerning noise for the past two weeks without repair, which affects my comfort and quality of living.

There are also billing concerns. My...
rent does not match the price I originally signed for, and I am being charged for a garage that I do not have.

Overall, these issues have made my experience frustrating, and I would appreciate prompt attention and resolution to these concerns.

Broken Dryer

I put my first work order in for my dryer on February 2nd. This is the fifth work order and it’s still not fixed. They “clean the filter” out every time, but the dryer itself is not hot. I’ve been spending so much time and money going to the laundry or having to purchase new clothes it’s ridiculous. Even though I there’s open and unused parking spot in front my building, I have to walk 4 buildings over because I guess math was not a requirement for this job.

Potential Buyer

Last week I toured the Solena. Nazaree showed me around and was incredibly helpful. She was able to answer any questions I had. I also was able to meet the manager Raquel. Both ladies were very professional and friendly, and helped make this apartment hunting experience less stressful.
