I am very disappointed with the condition of my apartment and the property overall. The flooring is extremely uneven, which has caused issues with the doors not lining up properly. The walls were not fully painted, and the unit was not move-in ready when I moved in back in April.

For the amount of rent and additional fees we pay, I expected much better conditions and maintenance. I was also told the pool would be open this summer, but it never opened. In addition, residents are paying for… property lighting, yet the lights remain on all day and night. The balcony lights attract a large number of bugs, making it difficult to sit outside and enjoy the balcony.

These issues have greatly affected my experience living here. If these concerns are not addressed, I will be sharing my experience in a one-star review when I move out.

Greystar team in general!
Doesn't answer phones, Doesn't return VM calls, property issues; Gate, cleanliness, landscape, havent seen any security, unfinished pavement markings, Carport Damage, No access to pool, extra rent community charges, pay carport parking
John the property manager has work hard to clean up the mess but he is 1 person.

Cool place to live. Maintenance due come on time for the most part the office can be helped at sometimes and sometimes it is hard to reach the office . Just would like better communication from the office.
