Since moving in, I have experienced several ongoing maintenance and billing issues that have not been resolved in a timely manner. My hot water was not working for two days, and my bathroom is currently leaking water and still has not been fixed. The washer and dryer in my unit are also not working.
Additionally, my A/C unit has been making a very loud and concerning noise for the past two weeks without repair, which affects my comfort and quality of living.
There are also billing concerns. My... rent does not match the price I originally signed for, and I am being charged for a garage that I do not have.
Overall, these issues have made my experience frustrating, and I would appreciate prompt attention and resolution to these concerns.
