I’ve really enjoyed my time at The Solena Apartments. It’s quiet, clean, and the people here especially the management — make you feel cared for. You can tell they take pride in keeping the community nice. It’s been such a comforting place to call home.

I have lived in this community for 10 years. The current management team, Greystar, has been excellent since coming in late June. Maintenance and office staff have been courteous and professional in all of my interactions.

Don’t move here

After moving here in March of 2023 my unit had roaches and I’m a very clean person. Also found mold in one of my bathrooms and in my daughters bedroom. Thank God our lease is up in a couple months. We will be moving out into something more habitable.

These apartments are the worse and they lie the apartments don’t look like the pictures I live here I know . New management is a joke.
