Unprofessional Customer Service
All these people are so unprofessional. The day before yesterday I made an appointment through your website, to find out that I made an appointment with an AI, and when my daughter arrived for the tour she was not able to, because it was not a real appointment. Then I called the phone number was giving by the front desk Benito, and we spoke with someone at the Leasing office and we made another appointment for today. My daughter arrived and was told again that there were not able to give her... the tour, but someone will speak with her. This person, came down with an attitude and told us that we made an appointment with an AI, I tried to explain to him that I did not, that we spoke to a real person and she made the appointment. Unfortunately the email confirming this appointment was AI. He was very unprofessional and rude. First the gave my daughter a number to contact, we did made the appointment for this rude and unprofessional person not able to accommodate her. Your customer service is terrible and unprofessional. Spoke to Georgia (Supervisor) reported the staff from the property. Just be careful who you talk to and do your research. My daughter will find a better place than this one.
